  1. The hiring manager will review all resumes/applications
    Depending on the number of resumes/applications received, this could take up to 2 weeks.
  2. Phone interview with the hiring manager
    Our hiring manager will contact you to have a brief conversation to discuss your background, skillset, and expectations.
  3. In-person interview
    You will have an opportunity to give more in-depth details about your qualifications and ask questions about our company and the position.
  4. Pre-employment screenings
    If selected, we will request additional information to process a background check, drug screenings as well as position specific pre-employment tests.
  5. Job offer extended
    Once results have been cleared, our HR team or the hiring manager will extend a job offer including starting date and compensation information.
  6. Onboarding
    After the job offer has been accepted, our HR team will send information and documentation to be completed for a successful first day as a part of Coastal Chemical.
